project management skills, 

project manager should have some skills to be success in his job assigned, leadership, communication skills, negotiation,expectation,problem-solving,decision maker

I think all of these skill can be acquired from learning but  according to my experince some people have these skills in  his  nature

Leadership , I found from my friend one or two persons have this skill when he was student in university , everytime he like to lead his group to do some activity like go to travel. he like to be president of the Students' Union in the university , I think this person have some feature in his nature to be as manager. I  have another old friend in secondary school  has this skills but he did not continue his studying , I did not see him since long time , But I expect he facing problem because in the life, manager should be educated well . 

but any way we can take this skill and try to analysis the features of this skill may be we can success to know how to be a good leader. 

according to my study  leader specifications is different by the field existed. for example  , Officer in military should be have big body ,   loud voice , do  not smiling, sharp in his behavior, but team leader in software computer should know about programming language. 

leadership has big researches because many people found him self as a leader ( according to the age of the person  and career) and he do not have this skill , and he go quickly to learn in .

communication skills. this skill completly did not care about in all studies  in university I do not know why , but I found one person try to study it , he was PHD of communication engineering and I found him  in a meeting and he was observing  and analyzing all persons setting on  the round table and observing  also non words language (body langauge), I surprised because it was a first  time I sat with  person observing like that , about my self I did not find resource of learning soft skills and If I found it  I can not attend a training course because I found I have do many things need to be done as priority.

I can not give you  my dear more information about the remaining soft skills , so I will leave this point and when I study in I will give you more details about.

Now , we have some hard skills and technique it should be learn to be a project manager 

the project is an activity has a specific period of time , resource and as project manager he should expect all problems  and should be ready to solve it and resource required and may be required to achive the project target .

according to previous studing of project management , there is  a process for each activity in project , 

Initiating , planing ,excution , monitoring and controlling, , closing each process has details .
